It’s time to unleash your capabilities.

Jessica Hackmann, Ed.S, PCC, Executive Function Coach

You remember a time when missed deadlines, poor performance, and disorganization weren’t the “norm”…but those days feel like a distant memory.

Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that?

You’ve come to the right place.

I’m Jessica, and I help teens and adults just like you: ones that have it within them to feel appreciated and respected, but just need support to get there.

I help my clients find confidence, fulfillment, and happiness by equipping them with the tools they need to demonstrate their strengths and thrive.

Many of today’s solutions for executive dysfunction use cookie cutter methods, leading so many to feel stuck in their old ways without the ability to truly change. I know that your circumstances are unique, so every step is tailored to accentuate personal strengths from a holistic approach.

First, we'll identify the barriers to your success that are causing the most friction in your life. Then, we'll target and enhance the specific areas that will bring about the most efficient and effective changes.

Through our work together, you'll develop greater self-awareness, empowering you to take control and live a more confident life.

Jessica Hackmann Executive Function Coach

I am dedicated to helping people feel empowered to achieve their goals.

My training as a School Psychologist and Professional Coach means that I have the expertise you need and deserve when seeking to improve organization and time management. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it feels like to process the world differently, right?

I get it because I also face executive function challenges. As an adult with ADHD, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to complete basic tasks and constantly feel like you're forgetting something important. It can be so disheartening when others focus solely on your limitations and overlook your creative ventures. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained coach. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you are going through.
